Lumsden Grinding
With 3 Lumsden grinders on site, P.P. Profiles can offer full supply of free issue surface ground profiles, working to a finished thickness tolerance of +/- 0.1mm and with a maximum area of 2540mm diameter.
Heat Treatment
We have a 4 metre square x 2.5 metre high oven on site with a 10 tonne weight capacity making us the perfect choice for profiles that require post-cutting or post-grinding stress relieving / heat treatment.
With custom heat cycles and overnight turnaround available we also welcome any free issue fabrications or tools you may have.
