Lumsden Grinding

With 3 Lumsden grinders on site, PP Profiles can offer full supply of free issue surface ground profiles, working to a finished thickness tolerance of +/- 0.1mm and with a maximum area of 2540mm diameter.

Steel Heat Treatment

We have a 4 metre square x 2.5 metre high oven on site with a 10 tonne weight capacity making us the perfect choice for profiles that require post-cutting or post-grinding stress relieving / heat treatment.

With custom heat cycles and overnight turnaround available we also welcome any free issue fabrications or tools you may have.

As with all of our profiles, PP Profiles can deliver the finished ground or stress relieved product throughout the UK and Ireland.
