P.P. Profiles have continued to invest heavily in the very latest cutting technology to allow us to improve our service even further with the addition of our own Trumpf laser cutting machine.
Computer-controlled laser cutting is the premium product on the market and is ideal for large batch work, intricate shapes or very tight profiling tolerances. This leaves little or no post-cut machining required.

Our maximum laser cutting capacity is 4000mm x 2000mm x 20mm material. We specialise in mild steel & carbon steel cut profiles.
We are based in St. Helens, Merseyside and run our own fleet of wagons. This enables us to supply our laser cut profiles to Liverpool, Wigan, Warrington, Manchester and all over the North-West as well as the entire UK and Ireland.
Amongst our mild steel and carbon steel capabilities, we offer in-house laser cutting of S275 grades, S355 grades, EN8, Durbar, XAR400 as well as all your free issue steel requirements.
