With a Bevel cutting capacity of 10000mm x 3000mm x 40mm and the ability to bevel cut up to +45° - -30°. Radius Edge Prepping, Countersinking and Edge Weld Prepping can now be carried out at the profiling stage. By offering an efficient bevel cutting service that is able to prep and bevel steel profiles, secondary machining processes have been reduced therefore saving our client’s time and money.

With a smaller heat-affected zone than oxyfuel cutting methods and a cut quality similar to that of laser, our HD Bevel Plasma cutting facility has a guaranteed cutting tolerance of +/- 0.25mm from the top face. By utilising automatic taper control, a superior cut quality can be achieved that drastically reduces the taper angles inherent to conventional plasma cutting systems.
