Our in-house specialist material includes: XAR400, EN8, S275 grades, S355 grades and Durbar, as well as all your free issue steel flame cutting requirements.

With some of the largest flame profiling beds in the UK market, PP Profiles can service flame cutting steel plates up to 25000mm x 5000mm, suitable for larger projects. This process uses a mixture of Propane gas and is favourable with thicker material requirements. PP Profiles has an extensive 35 years experience in Flame Cutting Carbon / Mild Steel which makes them an excellent choice for all Flame Cutting Services.

With in house stress relieving facilities, PP Profiles can heat treat your Flame cut material. This process reduces the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) caused due to excessive heat that is passed through the material whilst cutting or welding.
