Highly productive, highly reliable and capable of profiling the most diverse and thickest range of specialist material XAR400/500, EN8, S275 and S355 in al grades; Flame cutting is still the back bone of the company, processing in excess of 200 tonne a week to supply clients requiring Flame cut profiles quick and efficiently.

By taking full advantage of up to four Flame cutting heads per Flame machine the production output is increased considerably, enabling clients to benefit from a reduction in costly lead times.

Through the use on in-house post processing facilities the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) can be reduced while maintaining higher flatness tolerances across the plate using Heat Treatment and Grinding.

With in-house stress relieving facilities, PP Profiles can heat treat your Flame cut material to reduce the Heat Affected Zone (HAZ).
