Lumsden Grinding Services

With 3 Lumsden grinders on site, PP Profiles can offer full supply of free issue surface ground profiles, working to a finished thickness tolerance of +/- 0.1mm and with a maximum area of 2540mm diameter. This process is used by many of our clients that require flattened products to a fine tolerance.

Heat Treatment Services

We have a 4M x 4M x 2.5 M oven on site with a 10 tonne weight capacity geared for normalising at around 900°c. This service is ideal for profiles that require post-cutting or post-grinding stress relieving / heat treatment.

With custom heat cycles and overnight turnaround available, we also welcome any free issue fabrications or tooling. As with all of our profiles, PP Profiles can deliver the finished ground or stress relieved product throughout the UK and Ireland.
