The
High def plasma cutting arc has triple the energy density of
conventional plasma systems. This combined with improved torch
technology produces virtually square edge cutting through the use of an
enhanced CNC controlled rotating cutting head, capable of automatically
compensating for taper angles.
With the ability to cut
with high definition plasma up to
10000mm x 3000mm up to 50mm thick material,
this process is suited to a wide range of applications and the quality
of the cut is guaranteed to a
tolerance of +/- 0.25mm top face only. Specialising
in HD plasma cutting of carbon steel / mild steel, PP Profiles are able
to offer its clients a superior cut quality similar to that of laser.
Processing times have been shortened, reducing client lead times. |

all full supply or free issue material.
